Refund & Support Guidelines

1. Course Enrollments
We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience at BugBaar. We offer a refund or cancellation policy for our digital e-learning courses under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Request Window
Students can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial course purchase or cohort start date. Requests received after the 7-day period are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
- You must submit your request via email to hello@bugbaar.org.
- You must have completed less than 20% of the course lectures/modules.
- You must provide the payment receipt or transaction ID from the gateway (e.g. Razorpay).
4. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, the transaction will be processed, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days, subject to standard banking guidelines.
5. Account Cancellations
You can close or cancel your BugBaar account at any time by contacting support. Upon account cancellation, your access to active training courses and platform discussion channels will be terminated.
