1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the BugBaar software training website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Educational Services
BugBaar provides software development education, e-learning courses, mentorship, study materials, and collaborative coding rooms. The resources are purely for training and skill development purposes. Access is provided upon registration and appropriate payment where applicable.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Fees for courses are billed in advance as described on our pricing/education pages. Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways (like Razorpay). You agree to provide valid billing information.
5. Intellectual Property
All training material, course content, graphics, and codebase layouts generated by BugBaar are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to consume content for personal educational growth.
6. Limitation of Liability
BugBaar makes no guarantees regarding career outcomes or employment as a result of using the educational services. Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
