1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or registering with BugBaar ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering on behalf of a minor (under 18), you warrant that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Registration, Profile Accuracy & DPDP Duties

To access cohort materials, learning tasks, and verification certificates, you must complete your profile onboarding. In compliance with **Section 15 of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023**, you have specific duties as a Data Principal:

• Duty of Honesty: You must not impersonate another individual, use fake or burner identities, or suppress material information when providing your profile name and contact number.
• Accuracy Duty: You must ensure that all details provided (especially name and phone number) are correct, complete, and updated.
• No Frivolous Actions: You must not file false, misleading, or frivolous complaints or grievances with our Grievance Officer or the Data Protection Board of India.

* Violation of Data Principal duties under Section 15 of the DPDP Act may attract statutory penalties, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without a refund.

3. Privacy & Personal Data Consent

Your personal data (email, name, phone) is collected and processed based on the explicit consent you provide during login and onboarding. Processing is strictly limited to delivering educational courses, verifying payment, and issuing certificates. Please review our full Privacy Policy to understand how to exercise your rights of erasure, correction, and nomination.

4. Payments, Enrollments & Subscriptions

Course prices, payment terms, and cohort curricula are listed on the education details page. Payments are routed through secure, verified RBI-compliant third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay). You agree to provide a valid payment method, and confirm that you are authorized to make payments. Fraudulent checkouts will be flagged, reported, and blocked.

5. Intellectual Property & Code Sharing

All lectures, study notes, videos, quizzes, and software designs provided on BugBaar are intellectual property of BugBaar. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to consume this content for self-education. You may not distribute, re-sell, or copy code templates for commercial gain unless the project is explicitly published as Open Source.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

BugBaar is an educational platform. We make no guarantees of guaranteed employment, hiring, or financial outcomes. The platform services are provided "as is".

These terms, and any disputes regarding user agreements or data protection under the DPDP Act 2023, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Karnataka, India**. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
